Consultant – HCM Org Design & Service Delivery

About the role

This position supports the Human Capital Management (HCM) Service Delivery team as a subject‑matter expert for restructures, Workday Core HCM processes, and Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB) mass loads. You will lead process‑improvement initiatives, act as the primary contact for reorganizations, and partner with HR, Finance, and service‑line stakeholders to enhance data accuracy and service performance.

Key responsibilities

• Own and deliver end‑to‑end reorganization processes, coordinating milestones, governance discussions, and ensuring Workday data aligns with the operating structure.
• Lead Workday data‑quality initiatives and provide consultative support on complex cases, EIB mass loads, and restructure projects.
• Analyze HR data and processes to identify improvement opportunities, define action plans, and track progress against service metrics.
• Partner with Operations and professional services lines to maintain accurate Workday data and drive continuous improvement across HCM operations.
• Evaluate business processes and contribute practical solutions that boost service delivery, operational effectiveness, and employee experience.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field.
• 3–6 years of hands‑on experience with Workday Core HCM.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong problem‑solving, creative thinking, and strategic decision‑making abilities.
