Learning Intermediate Analyst – HR & ESPA

About the role

The Learning Intermediate Analyst supports the design, delivery and evaluation of learning initiatives across the HR & ESPA function. Working closely with global and regional HR and L&D teams, the analyst ensures training programs are well‑planned, executed and measured for impact.

Key responsibilities

• Support design, planning, implementation and maintenance of classroom, virtual instructor‑led and web‑based training programs.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for logistics, materials management, set‑up, kick‑off and on‑site support for all training events.
• Manage, track and record program participation in the Learning Management System, including creating new learning items, enrolling participants and handling cancellations.
• Assist in creating learning materials such as content, train‑the‑trainer guides, workbooks, job aids and promotional collateral.
• Generate reports and preliminary analyses on program effectiveness, summarising evaluation data.
• Build and maintain relationships with HR and L&D colleagues globally and regionally to promote efficiency and effectiveness.
• Assess risk and ensure compliance with corporate policies and regulations.

Required profile

• 2‑5 years of relevant experience in learning and development or related fields.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Advanced English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented and able to work independently.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the broader Microsoft Office suite.
• Hands‑on experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
• Project management experience (PM).
