Lead Data & AI Engineer (Palantir Foundry/AIP)

About the role

We are building a senior team for a global consulting client to design and deploy enterprise AI solutions quickly. As the Lead Data & AI Engineer you will take business problems from concept to production on Palantir Foundry and AIP, combining hands‑on development with technical leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Build and manage Foundry data pipelines, ontology components, and applications, designing semantic and context layers.
• Develop LLM‑powered workflows using AIP Logic, Automate, and Assist, and take agentic AI use cases from prototype to production.
• Serve as the team’s Palantir lead: guide solution design, review code, coach engineers, and resolve technical blockers.
• Own technical delivery, translate business requirements into implementation plans, and lead discussions with client stakeholders.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience with Palantir Foundry and/or AIP on real client or production projects.
• Strong software engineering and problem‑solving skills, comfortable with fast delivery cycles and changing requirements.
• Excellent English communication and ability to work EST business hours.
