Lead, Business Project Management (MBR)

About the role

Deloitte’s Enterprise Portfolio Management (EPM) team is seeking a high‑performing Lead to drive the modernization of its Marketplace Business Relationship (MBR) operating model. Reporting through the Office of Multi‑Disciplinary Model, this senior position will work closely with senior business, industry and account leaders to streamline third‑party relationship management and support the firm’s growth ambitions.

Key responsibilities

• Support the design and implementation of the MBR Modernization framework, segmenting third‑party relationships to identify strategic partners.
• Activate the new MBR operating model by rolling out processes, technology and protocols, including data gathering, relationship owner assignment and cross‑business engagement.
• Collaborate with business teams and leaders to navigate third‑party relationships throughout their lifecycle, from early‑stage discussions to strategic alliances.
• Maintain high‑volume MBR data across firm systems to provide visibility and accountability for relationship performance.
• Coordinate PMO activities: schedule meetings, prepare agendas, capture minutes, track actions and manage workplans.
• Produce executive‑level presentations and reports, supporting leadership with strategic operations and special projects.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading large‑scale portfolio or project management initiatives within a professional services environment.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders across multiple business units.
• Excellent analytical and data‑management capabilities to synthesize complex relationship information.
• Demonstrated ability to design and operationalize new processes and governance models.
