L&D Development Expert – Data Protection Enablement

About the role

The L&D Development Expert – Data Protection Enablement will design, develop and manage learning solutions that support HPE’s data protection initiatives. Working onsite in an HPE office, you will partner with business units and partners to translate complex data‑security concepts into engaging training programs.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the end‑to‑end portfolio management process, including needs assessment, solution selection, design, development, implementation, reporting and continuous improvement.
• Align learning priorities with corporate and business‑function objectives.
• Manage and monitor monthly and quarterly forecasts against assigned budgets.
• Conduct cost‑benefit and business‑impact analyses for alternative learning solutions.
• Design and maintain global and regional curriculum roadmaps, ensuring quality and integrity.
• Provide leadership to multiple project teams and mentor junior contributors.
• Achieve financial, operational and performance metrics for learning programs.

Required profile

• Advanced subject‑matter expertise in learning design and data protection concepts.
• Proven ability to solve complex business problems and influence cross‑functional teams.
• Strong independent judgment with experience guiding process improvements and policy development.
• Experience representing the organization to internal sales teams and external partners.
• Capability to mentor and coach lower‑level employees.
