LATAM QSC Financial Controllership & Analytics Specialist

About the role

The LATAM QSC Financial, Controllership, Reporting & Analytics Specialist will own end‑to‑end governance of standard cost across the QSCP manufacturing network and lead commercial variance analytics. This hybrid role supports forecasting, month‑end close, and external reporting while ensuring compliance with corporate control frameworks.

Key responsibilities

• Lead IGP, ABP and LE planning cycles for QSCP cost lines, integrating inputs from Operations, CS&L and Demand Planning.
• Develop and maintain driver‑based forecasts for P&L, balance sheet and free cash flow impacts.
• Run monthly performance routines against manufacturing cost targets and operational KPIs, translating gaps into risks, opportunities and corrective actions.
• Own standard cost and commercial variance analysis (PPV/EGOL, usage/mix, conversion, absorption, cost‑to‑serve).
• Safeguard data integrity, support month‑end close, inventory valuation, accruals and revaluations.
• Execute and evidence compliance with ICFW/SOX control frameworks.
• Act as finance reference for QSCP stakeholders, driving alignment across Operations, Supply Chain, Procurement, Commercial Finance and Shared Services.

Required profile

• Strong background in financial planning, controllership and cost accounting within a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with standard cost governance, variance analysis and month‑end close processes.
• Knowledge of corporate control frameworks such as SOX and ICFW.
• Proven ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams and influence decision‑making.
