LATAM Financial Consolidation & Controllership Lead

About the role

The LATAM Finance Consolidation & Controllership Lead is the integrated finance owner for operating‑unit level consolidation, performance management, analytics and controllership within the FPCRA model. The role ensures accurate consolidation of actuals, forecasts and outlooks and translates them into clear performance insights for the business.

Key responsibilities

• Own OU‑level consolidation of actuals, forecasts and plans across markets and clusters, ensuring completeness, accuracy and consistency of P&L, balance sheet and key performance metrics.
• Act as primary liaison with Group Consolidation and Corporate Finance, coordinating resolution of consolidation issues, eliminations and inter‑market dependencies.
• Lead OU‑level planning and forecasting coordination, aligning assumptions, phasing, risks and opportunities, and analysing movements across plan, forecast and actuals.
• Support OU performance reviews with high‑quality analytics and narrative reporting.
• Provide OU‑level controllership oversight, enforcing strong governance, review discipline and managing financial risks, estimates and material judgments.
• Own OU‑level management reporting and analytics packs, ensuring clarity, consistency and decision‑usefulness.

Required profile

• Proven experience in finance consolidation, forecasting and performance management within a multi‑market operating unit.
• Strong analytical abilities to translate financial data into actionable insights.
• Ability to partner effectively with finance heads, controllers and cross‑functional teams.
• Solid governance and controllership mindset, capable of managing financial risks and material judgments.
