About the role
The Labor Relations Senior Manager / VP leads the employee and labor relations function, ensuring compliance with collective agreements, employment contracts and regulations while fostering a productive workplace.
Key responsibilities
- Implement the organization’s employee relations strategy to minimize the impact of grievances and collective disputes.
- Coordinate labor relations programs, investigate grievances, and develop preventive strategies.
- Ensure compliance with collective agreements, contracts, laws and internal policies.
- Analyze bargaining trends and represent management in negotiations and dispute resolution.
Required profile
- 6‑10 years of experience in labor relations, HR leadership or legal environments.
- Strong communication, diplomacy and risk‑assessment skills.
- Experience managing teams, budgets and performance processes.
Required skills
- In‑depth knowledge of labor law, collective bargaining and employment regulations.
- Ability to interpret and apply standards, regulations and legal trends.
