About the role
IBM is looking for a Contractor Fulfillment Specialist Intern to join its Corporate Headquarters and Other Functions teams. This position offers hands‑on experience supporting various business projects while learning from seasoned professionals in a collaborative, global environment.
Key responsibilities
- Assist with projects and tasks across different business areas, gaining practical insight into IBM’s operations.
- Observe and learn from experienced team members, building real‑world skills and industry knowledge.
- Support multiple teams by contributing to assignments, enhancing teamwork and communication abilities.
Required profile
- University student pursuing Industrial Engineering, Psychology, Human Resources, Public Relations, Business Administration or related fields, graduating December 2026 or later.
- Advanced proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
- Strong time‑management, task‑prioritisation, attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
