ER Investigator III – Investigation Support Analyst

About the role

This individual contributor is responsible for conducting basic to moderately complex EEO and other HR investigations, supporting employee relations training, and assisting with reporting of employee information while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct EEO and HR investigations: collect and analyze data, interview participants, document findings, and recommend corrective actions.
• Support reporting of employee information by gathering data, performing basic analyses, and maintaining case management records.
• Assist with employee relations training by conducting needs assessments, supporting content development, and keeping HR resources up to date.
• Monitor regulatory changes, report non‑compliance, and help implement updates.
• Provide HR policy consulting to business stakeholders, researching issues and coordinating resolutions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Social/Behavioral Science, Education, Public Administration, Liberal Arts, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum two years of experience in HR consulting, employee or labor relations, with prior HR investigations experience.
• Strong problem‑solving, decision‑making, and follow‑through abilities.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Required skills

• Working knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet, and database PC applications.
