Jr. Talent Acquisition Sourcer

About the role

We are looking for a motivated and detail‑oriented Junior Talent Acquisition Sourcer to join our Talent Acquisition team. This entry‑level position supports one of our largest accounts, a leading healthcare provider, by building a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and ideal candidate profiles.
• Use sourcing tools such as LinkedIn, Indeed, job boards, and social media to identify active and passive candidates.
• Conduct initial outreach, maintain engagement, and generate interest in open positions.
• Review resumes, assess qualifications, and keep candidate records up‑to‑date in the ATS.
• Coordinate interview scheduling and facilitate communication among candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers.
• Support employer branding initiatives and talent community activities.
• Track sourcing metrics, produce regular reports, and help analyze data for continuous improvement.
• Stay informed on industry trends, labor market conditions, and best‑practice sourcing techniques.

Required profile

• Fluent in English and Spanish (written and verbal).
• Strong communication, organizational, and collaborative skills.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work autonomously.
