About the role

We are looking for a strategic, results‑oriented professional with strong digital expertise to lead the marketing strategy of a leading B2B solutions provider. The role will strengthen brand positioning, generate qualified commercial opportunities, drive digital transformation, and manage an innovative, automation‑focused team.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement an integrated marketing strategy aligned with commercial objectives.
• Lead demand‑generation initiatives and campaigns aimed at B2B lead acquisition and conversion.
• Administer and optimize CRM, marketing automation, and opportunity‑tracking processes.
• Manage digital campaigns, website, email marketing, social media, corporate events, and brand‑positioning actions.
• Analyze performance indicators, ROI, and commercial metrics to inform decisions.
• Implement process improvements using digital tools and applied AI for marketing.
• Coordinate closely with sales teams to boost opportunity generation and business growth.
• Lead, develop, and coordinate the internal marketing team, agencies, and external providers.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Advertising, Communications or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of marketing experience, preferably in B2B environments.
• At least 3 years leading marketing teams and managing personnel.
• Proven experience in B2B demand generation, digital campaigns, and lead management.
• Intermediate‑high English proficiency.

• CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot or Microsoft Dynamics.
• Marketing automation tools.
• Google Ads and Meta Ads campaign management.
• SEO, email marketing and content management.
• Practical use of AI tools for process, campaign or content optimization.
• Budget administration and performance‑indicator tracking.
