IT Support Specialist

About the role

Ulteig is seeking an IT Support Specialist to join its growing team. You will work closely with the Help Desk to manage escalation requests and ensure smooth operation of end‑user devices and systems across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and support computers, printers, phones, and software for end users.
• Handle Help Desk escalations, providing analysis and resolution of technical issues.
• Support core IT environments such as Windows Server, Windows 10/11, Office 365, Active Directory, Azure, Intune, and Entra ID.
• Prepare equipment and access for new hires, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience.
• Coordinate with external vendors to resolve issues and maintain service levels.
• Manage IT asset lifecycle, including tracking, inventory, deployment, and documentation.
• Create technical documentation, procedures, and best‑practice guides.
• Identify trends, recommend improvements, and contribute to projects within scope.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field.
• At least two years of Help Desk experience.
• Strong understanding of information security policies.
• Excellent communication and customer‑service orientation.
