About the role

We are looking for an experienced IT Recruiter to strategically analyze our pre‑vetted candidate pool and staff ongoing IT business opportunities. The role acts as a bridge between Client Services/Sales and the Talent Acquisition team, ensuring timely placements and revenue optimization.

Key responsibilities

• Successfully handle and fill openings, selecting candidates and meeting deadlines.
• Review and filter candidates in the pipeline according to specific parameters and guidelines.
• Write summaries and edit resumes to present candidates effectively.
• Communicate with Clients, Client Services, and Sales teams throughout the recruitment process.

Required profile

• Experience in IT recruiting and technical talent acquisition.
• Adaptability and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present candidates effectively.
• Nice to have: prior IT industry knowledge or a technical background.
• Advanced level of English.
