About the role
WPP is seeking a highly technical IT Manager to lead End User Services in Costa Rica. The role will ensure optimal service delivery, drive IT transformation initiatives, and align technology operations with business objectives across the market.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee daily technology operations, ensuring high availability and reliability of IT services.
- Manage IT budget and coordinate cross‑functional technology solutions.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot incidents, and report metrics to senior leadership.
- Maintain IT infrastructure including servers, networks, and Azure cloud services while upholding security and compliance standards.
- Supervise and develop technical support staff, including EUS leads and engineers.
- Collaborate with vendors for procurement, maintenance, and contract management.
- Drive adoption of best practices in IT service management following WPP Enterprise Technology guidelines.
Required profile
- Proven experience managing end‑user services and IT operations in a complex, multi‑vendor environment.
- Strong leadership and line‑management skills with ability to guide technical teams.
- Excellent communication skills to interact directly with stakeholders and senior leadership.
