IT End User Computing Support Engineer (Contract)

About the role

WNS is looking for a contract IT professional to join its End User Computing team. You will provide hands‑on support for data‑centre operations, endpoint devices and overall IT infrastructure, ensuring smooth daily operations for internal users.

Key responsibilities

• Manage End User Computing operations, including Windows OS and Microsoft 365 environments.
• Maintain IT asset and inventory records and ensure compliance with internal policies.
• Provide hands‑and‑eyes support for data‑centre activities, assisting network, server and infrastructure teams on site.
• Support endpoint and infrastructure devices, handling configuration, security updates and troubleshooting.
• Assist with IT compliance management and reporting.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in End User Computing, IT Operations or Infrastructure Support.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with multiple technical teams.

Required skills

• Windows operating system administration.
• Microsoft 365 administration.
• Active Directory management.
• Intune and SCCM deployment and support.
• Endpoint security solutions.
• Familiarity with ITSM tools.
