IT Consultant V Product Owner

About the role

This senior‑level individual contributor will act as the lead technical expert on project teams, shaping technical direction and ensuring optimal use of IT systems across the enterprise.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and oversee business‑specific projects, developing work plans that meet priorities and deadlines.
• Partner with internal and external stakeholders to make informed business decisions and solve complex problems.
• Develop and document comprehensive business cases, assessing costs, benefits, ROI and total cost of ownership for complex solutions.
• Gather and translate business, functional and non‑functional requirements using multiple methodologies.
• Map current state processes to future state, defining impacts on upstream and downstream solution components.
• Provide guidance and recommendations throughout the evolution of applications, systems and processes.

Required profile

• Senior‑level experience in IT consulting and product ownership.
• Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams and manage large‑scale projects.
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Excellent communication skills for influencing senior management and business leaders.
