Technical Project Manager – AI Talent Orchestration

About the role

We are seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead end‑to‑end implementations for global customers of our AI‑driven talent orchestration platform. You will act as the primary liaison between R&D, Product, and clients, ensuring successful deployments and long‑term adoption.

Key responsibilities

• Own the onboarding journey for new global customers, conducting kickoff calls and Q&A sessions.
• Plan, govern, and report on day‑to‑day project activities, removing roadblocks to keep deployments on schedule and within scope.
• Translate business requirements into feasible product configurations within HiredScore.
• Create and maintain onboarding materials such as playbooks, quick‑start guides, and FAQs, iterating based on feedback.
• Collaborate with Data Science, Product, and Customer Success to hand over accounts for ongoing support.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience delivering enterprise B2B SaaS solutions in consulting or professional services.
• Proven track record leading complex, large‑scale global SaaS implementations for medium to large enterprises.
• Ability to manage senior stakeholder expectations and drive projects independently.
• Strong problem‑solving skills with the capacity to troubleshoot technical issues.
