Interaction Designer (Service & Interaction Design Specialist)

About the role

Accenture is hiring a Service & Interaction Design Specialist who presents and delivers user flows, prototypes, low to high fidelity UI designs, interaction flows, design-driven solutions and customer journeys. The specialist coaches new talent on design quality, project management and client communications, leads several projects in parallel and acts as the main point of contact between the design team and clients and other teams.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate design needs, expectations, challenges and solutions verbally and in writing, building trust with clients
• Own the experience design output from strategy through delivery, until handover to development
• Set team objectives and oversee tasks, keeping project and team goals aligned with management
• Plan and run usability studies, moderated or unmoderated, in person or remotely
• Synthesize complex information into user journeys, sitemaps, interaction flows, wireframes and other deliverables
• Lead and inspire cross-disciplinary teams (research, content, motion, visual, project management, technology)
• Develop the hard and soft skills of others and share knowledge internally and externally

Required profile

• 7-11 years of relevant experience in UX, UI or interaction design for digital products
• Fluent English (C1) and Spanish to work with global clients
• Background in visual arts, graphic design, industrial design, interaction design, service design, product design or user research
• Experience designing for mobile platforms (iOS guidelines, Material Design, responsive web design) and with interdisciplinary teams

• Wireframing and prototyping: Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD
• Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop and Illustrator
• Microsoft Office: PowerPoint, Word and Excel
• Design thinking, design sprints, agile and problem framing
