About the role
TESYS Networks is seeking a remote Inside Sales Account Manager to drive revenue growth and nurture client relationships. You will act as the primary point of contact for existing and prospective customers, delivering tailored network solutions and ensuring high satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities and achieve assigned sales targets.
- Maintain and expand relationships with existing accounts.
- Respond to customer inquiries, prepare proposals and quotes, and negotiate discounts.
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead qualification to deal registration.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and deliver seamless service.
Required profile
- Proven inside‑sales experience with a track record of closing deals.
- Strong customer‑service orientation and ability to build long‑term relationships.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment.
- Advanced English proficiency (C+ level) and solid analytical abilities.
- Minimum three years of sales experience is preferred.
Required skills
- Proficiency with CRM software.
- Microsoft Excel for calculations and reporting.
- Familiarity with Cisco CCW quoting.
- Experience with Fortinet quoting tools.
