About the role
Join Granicus as an Associate Sales Engineer and help government agencies adopt cloud‑based solutions. You will build foundational presales skills while delivering high‑quality product demonstrations and technical support for United States SMG accounts.
Key responsibilities
- Rapidly develop expertise in a defined portfolio of Granicus solutions.
- Deliver standard and lightly customized product demos to prospects and customers.
- Support discovery sessions to capture customer requirements and document solution fit.
- Assist with solution scoping, including basic architecture and configuration assumptions.
- Contribute to RFP, RFI, and security questionnaire responses under senior guidance.
- Partner with Account Executives to advance opportunities through the sales cycle.
Required profile
- Motivated presales professional eager to learn and grow.
- Based in Costa Rica for regional collaboration and time‑zone alignment.
- Strong communication skills to convey technical value to non‑technical audiences.
- Ability to work closely with Sales, Solutions Consulting, Architecture, and Product teams.
