About the role
We are seeking a personable, sales‑oriented professional to join our team as a Housing Outreach & Sales Coordinator. Working remotely, you will help source and secure temporary relocation housing for families in need, acting as the primary point of contact with landlords and property managers.
Key responsibilities
- Review incoming relocation housing requests and match them to client criteria.
- Research and source properties using platforms such as Zillow, Furnished Finder, Realtor.com, and Apartments.com.
- Enter property details into our CRM system accurately.
- Conduct cold outreach calls to landlords and property managers to discuss partnership opportunities.
- Explain the benefits of corporate housing collaborations and qualify leads.
- Move qualified opportunities through the sales pipeline and coordinate final placement with leadership.
Required profile
- Strong sales and communication abilities.
- Confidence in cold calling and outreach.
- Excellent research judgment and attention to detail.
- Comfort with CRM tools, online platforms, and data‑entry systems.
- Organized, proactive, and adaptable in a fast‑paced environment.
