Inside Account Manager II

About the role

The Inside Account Manager II will manage and grow relationships with a portfolio of assigned customers, driving sales of technology products and services from an inside‑sales environment. The role focuses on achieving sales targets, delivering value‑driven solutions, and supporting customers throughout the sales cycle.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain long‑term relationships with assigned accounts via phone and email.
• Re‑engage dormant reseller partners and rebuild trust through value‑focused outreach.
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within existing accounts and through lead generation.
• Achieve and exceed assigned sales quotas and KPIs.
• Understand customer needs and articulate the value proposition of TD Synnex products and services.
• Collaborate with vendors, product specialists, and internal teams to create comprehensive solutions.
• Prepare and deliver accurate quotes, proposals, and sales presentations.
• Manage the end‑to‑end sales cycle from initial contact to order fulfillment and post‑sales support.
• Maintain up‑to‑date customer records and sales activities in the CRM system.
• Stay informed on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.

Required profile

• Proven experience in inside sales or account management, preferably in technology.
• Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
• Strong communication skills for phone and email interactions.
• Ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams and external partners.
• Customer‑focused mindset with a talent for building long‑term relationships.
