About the role

The IT Support Engineer (Workplace) will ensure a high‑quality technology experience for internal users at TMF Group. Acting as the primary local point of contact, you will provide hands‑on assistance for hardware, software, network, and collaboration tools while collaborating with global teams to maintain operational continuity and security standards.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver first‑line technical support for hardware, software, and corporate tools.
• Log, track, and resolve incidents and service requests using the ITSM platform.
• Configure, deploy, and manage workstations, peripherals, and corporate devices throughout their lifecycle.
• Support Microsoft 365 suite, including Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, VPN, and printers.
• Administer basic Active Directory, MFA, and shared resource permissions.
• Maintain an up‑to‑date asset inventory and coordinate equipment procurement and maintenance.
• Serve as the local escalation point and work with global teams to ensure service continuity.
• Train users on TMF Group’s digital tools and promote best practices.
• Participate in infrastructure projects, office moves, and technology upgrades.
• Ensure compliance with security, audit, and governance standards.
