Inbound Sales and Service Agent

About the role

The Inbound Sales and Service Agent maintains direct contact with customers before and after purchase, using phone, email, chat or social media. The role supports the sales team by building positive relationships, registering new appliances, and promoting extended warranty and service plans.

Key responsibilities

• Assist existing and new customers with product registration and appliance onboarding.
• Identify and present opportunities for extended service plans during customer interactions.
• Upsell additional service plans for older appliances owned by the customer.
• Explain products and services clearly, handling objections and using rebuttals effectively.
• Document all interactions accurately across multiple database systems.
• Meet or exceed KPI targets set by leadership.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to improve the customer journey.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year experience in a bilingual call‑center environment.
• Previous call‑center sales experience.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Strong desire to provide exceptional customer service.
• Ability to achieve first‑call resolution and manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced setting.
