Human Resources Manager

About the role

TekniPlex Healthcare is seeking a Human Resources Manager for its Cartago, Costa Rica site. You will lead people strategies, promote employee engagement, ensure compliance with local labor regulations, and align HR initiatives with business objectives in a fast‑growing advanced‑materials healthcare environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR policies and programs that support the company’s growth and culture.
• Drive employee engagement initiatives and foster a supportive work environment.
• Ensure compliance with Costa Rican labor laws and internal standards.
• Partner with business leaders to address talent needs, succession planning, and performance management.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, training, and development activities.

Required profile

• Proven experience in HR management, preferably in manufacturing or healthcare sectors.
• Strong knowledge of Costa Rican labor legislation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a global, multicultural team.
