About the role

We are looking for an HR Generalist to manage end‑to‑end HR processes for a real‑estate business. The role supports leaders and employees, ensuring smooth recruitment, compliance, and a positive employee experience.

Key responsibilities

• Lead recruitment, selection, onboarding and off‑boarding processes.
• Maintain up‑to‑date HR policies, procedures and employee records.
• Provide guidance to managers and staff on labor relations, conflict resolution and personnel actions.
• Support compensation and benefits administration to ensure internal equity and market competitiveness.
• Identify training needs, coordinate annual learning plans and track development initiatives.
• Drive initiatives related to culture, engagement and overall employee experience.
• Oversee performance evaluation cycles and development plans.
• Collect and validate data for payroll processing, including movements, absences and deductions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience as an HR generalist handling the full HR lifecycle.
• Proven experience advising managers across different business areas.
• Strong knowledge of Costa Rican labor legislation and employee‑relations processes.
• Organised, proactive and able to manage multiple processes simultaneously.
