HRIS Specialist - UKG Workforce Management

About the role

Bridgestone Americas, Inc. (Nashville, Tennessee) is looking for an HRIS specialist to configure, maintain and report on the UKG Pro Workforce Management (WFM) system, which supports time and attendance functions. The role also covers payroll support, data analysis and reporting on HR metrics.

Key responsibilities

• Process employee information and keep employee records accurate and up to date
• Prepare, analyse and publish routine and ad hoc reports on time and attendance, pay grades, performance data, payroll information and other HR metrics
• Ensure the accuracy, integrity and consistency of HR data in the system
• Analyse data to give workforce insights to business stakeholders and improve processes
• Support and resolve moderately complex issues, contribute to projects and process improvements, and test new system features and releases
• Assist with implementing new locations in UKG Pro WFM and track and resolve production support inquiries
• Streamline payroll audits so employees are paid accurately and on time, and work with the vendor's support team on issues they cannot resolve
• Prepare data analyses and reports on time, attendance and payroll to support business decisions, and take part in continuous improvement initiatives

Required profile

• At least 2 years of experience supporting HR functions, specifically payroll, time and attendance or related processes
• Experience supporting and implementing UKG Workforce Management products is preferred
• Fluency in Spanish and English is required
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems or an equivalent combination of education and experience

Required skills

• Intermediate Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, charts and spreadsheet analysis
• Data analysis and visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau are preferred
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
