HR Partner – LATAM (Costa Rica & Mexico)

About the role

We are seeking a passionate HR Partner to support our operations across Costa Rica and Mexico. In this role you will combine operational excellence with a strong focus on employee experience, ensuring seamless onboarding, employee relations, engagement initiatives and compliance. You will work closely with employees, managers and cross‑functional teams to deliver high‑quality HR services in a fast‑moving, global environment.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and update onboarding materials, manage welcome kits and coordinate new‑hire documentation with HR Shared Services.
• Support employee‑relations cases, provide guidance, and partner with HR leadership when escalation is required.
• Coordinate employee‑engagement committees, organize meetings, surveys, communications and logistics, and maintain visibility on SharePoint.
• Lead initiatives such as #ABetterUs events, communications and activity planning.
• Represent HR during ISO external audits, maintain accurate employee documentation and training records.
• Track and report HR KPIs and compliance metrics, ensuring all processes meet audit requirements.

Required profile

• Detail‑oriented HR professional with a passion for delivering excellent employee experiences.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, multi‑country environment and balance operational tasks with strategic initiatives.
• Strong communication and active‑listening skills, with the capacity to partner with managers and leadership.
• Experience in HR operations, employee relations, engagement programs and compliance.
