HR Operations Specialist – Client-Facing Role

About the role

We are seeking an HR Operations Specialist to support day‑to‑day HR activities for BID Invest and IDB. The role combines client‑facing liaison work with internal HR coordination, ensuring smooth delivery of recruitment, onboarding, payroll and employee lifecycle services.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as primary HR contact for BID Invest + IDB, bridging client stakeholders and internal HR teams.
• Manage end‑to‑end HR processes including recruitment, onboarding, performance, engagement and training.
• Coordinate HR service delivery across HR, payroll and operations teams to meet KPIs and SLAs.
• Track and prioritize high‑volume requests, maintain detailed documentation and trackers.
• Support payroll by ensuring accurate data input and coordination.
• Identify process gaps, propose improvements and ensure compliance with company policies and local labor regulations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in HR operations or a similar role.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills and ability to work in a fast‑paced, client‑focused environment.

Required skills

• Experience managing recruitment, onboarding and employee lifecycle processes.
• Familiarity with payroll coordination and HR data tracking.
• Ability to maintain service standards and meet KPI/SLA targets.
