HR Generalist

About the role

The HR Generalist acts as a strategic partner to managers across the region, aligning HR initiatives with business objectives. This role supports workforce planning, talent development, succession planning, and employee engagement while helping implement HR programs and change initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with managers to provide HR guidance, support employee relations, and ensure alignment with business goals.
• Support workforce planning, succession planning, and talent pipeline development.
• Assist in implementing HR initiatives and change management efforts, including engagement action planning.
• Guide leaders through performance management processes such as goal setting, feedback, and development planning.
• Leverage data and insights to improve HR processes and support decision‑making.
• Collaborate with HR Shared Services and regional HR teams to execute HR operations and transactional processes effectively.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (advanced education preferred).
• 3+ years of progressive HR experience with ownership of core HR processes.
• Broad exposure to employee relations, onboarding, conflict resolution, and performance management.
• Working knowledge of HR principles, employment laws, and compliance requirements.
