HR Front Office Junior Associate

About the role

Bayer is hiring a full-time, regular HR Front Office Junior Associate in Heredia, Costa Rica, within its Human Resources division. The role handles employee inquiries, supports HR processes administratively and works with the team to cover North American time zones.

Key responsibilities

• Answer HR-related questions by phone, email, web portal and live chat, educating constituents on HR processes and tools
• Analyze issues, resolve them and escalate complex ones to HR Specialists when needed
• Use knowledge management tools to answer inquiries, create or update knowledge articles and review content quality
• Document inquiries and solutions, track frequently asked questions and suggest process improvements
• Follow established policies and procedures while respecting data privacy and regulations
• Carry out daily administrative and operational tasks supporting HR processes
• Collaborate with team members to match support coverage with North American time zones

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent (mandatory)
• 1 year of prior experience in Human Resources and/or Customer Service (highly preferred)
• English B2 spoken and written; French B2 minimum for Canada
• Basic knowledge of company policies and procedures

• SAP and ticketing tools such as Service Now
