HR Contact Center Representative – Contract

About the role

Intel is seeking an HR Contact Center Representative on a contract basis to join its HR Shared Services team in Costa Rica. This temporary role (6‑12 months) provides the first point of contact for Intel employees worldwide, handling HR inquiries across multiple communication channels.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for global employee HR inquiries via phone, chat, email, and web platforms.
• Research and apply HR guidelines, policies, and procedures to resolve employee questions accurately.
• Maintain detailed documentation of interactions and solutions within HR systems.
• Escalate complex issues while retaining case ownership and ensuring timely resolution.
• Conduct operational audits to identify improvement opportunities and implement solutions.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to enhance processes and customer engagement.
• Analyze data to improve service content and knowledge‑base effectiveness.

Required profile

• Advanced proficiency in English.
• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, STEM, or related fields, or a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.

Required skills

• Capability to research and interpret HR policies and procedures.
• Experience documenting cases and managing information in HR systems.
