HR Business Partner – Employee Engagement & Onboarding

About the role
We are looking for an HR Business Partner to support our teams by driving employee engagement, managing onboarding processes, and ensuring compliance with legal standards. The successful candidate will work closely with management to foster a positive culture and resolve workplace conflicts.
Key responsibilities
- Research and analyze employee trends to improve engagement and retention.
- Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of legal standards and mitigate HR‑related risks.
- Assist management in conflict resolution and promote a respectful work environment.
- Set and uphold standards for ethics, values, and company culture.
- Onboard new hires, handling immigration documents, tax forms, and benefits packages.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree.
- 2–3 years of experience in HR or a related field.
- Strong organizational, communication, and conflict‑resolution abilities.
- Proven track record of onboarding employees and managing HR tasks.
Required skills
- Microsoft Office suite
