HR Analyst

About the role

DHL Group is seeking a Human Resources Analyst to join its team in Heredia, Costa Rica. The role supports HR Services by handling payroll, data management and time‑and‑attendance activities for Global Business Services.

Key responsibilities

• Create and maintain accurate records for new, existing and terminated employees, as well as certain non‑employee records.
• Review, process and verify confidential documents and data.
• Support other HR functions using appropriate software, ensuring accuracy and customer satisfaction.
• Prepare and distribute reports to business partners as needed.
• Document HR processes and assist with annual merit uploads, massive data uploads and training of new HR Business Partners.
• Generate ad‑hoc recruitment reports and contribute to special projects.

Required profile

• Current student in Business Administration or Human Resources.
• 1‑2 years of experience in a similar role within a multinational company.
• Strong attention to detail, organized, proactive and able to work under pressure.
• Fluent English proficiency.
