Head of Training

About the role

We are seeking a passionate Head of Training to lead learning initiatives that enhance the skills, growth, and experience of our hosts. This role focuses on designing and delivering effective training programs within a hospitality environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and monitor annual training plans.
• Design, coordinate, and evaluate training programs, including induction, cross‑training, and team‑building activities.
• Manage training budgets and ensure cost‑effective use of resources.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align training with operational needs and Marriott standards.
• Maintain high standards of verbal and written communication across all training materials.

Required profile

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent planning, organization, and follow‑up abilities.
• Service‑oriented mindset with a focus on internal customers.
• Minimum of one year of experience in talent development or training roles.
• Intermediate to advanced English proficiency is desirable.

Required skills

• Experience in designing and delivering training programs.
• Budget management for training activities.
