About the role
The Head Golf Professional will lead golf operations at Four Seasons Resort Costa Rica, delivering exceptional service to guests and ensuring the smooth running of the golf program.
Key responsibilities
- Assist with golf operations, including managing tee times, player registration, and course flow.
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests, answering inquiries, and addressing concerns.
- Conduct golf lessons and clinics for players of all skill levels.
- Coordinate and execute golf tournaments, corporate outings, and special events.
- Manage the golf shop, handling merchandising, inventory, and sales of apparel and equipment.
- Collaborate with the superintendent and maintenance team to maintain optimal course conditions.
