About the role

Join Workday’s Success Plans team as an HCM Functional Consultant, helping customers unlock business value from their Workday investments. You will work directly with large enterprises, providing micro‑consulting guidance, troubleshooting, and demonstrations of Workday HCM capabilities.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a trusted advisor to customers throughout their post‑Go‑Live journey.
• Answer how‑to questions, troubleshoot issues, and guide configuration changes.
• Deliver feature demonstrations and share best‑practice methodologies.
• Identify key considerations and help customers adopt new Workday functionality.
• Collaborate with internal experts to ensure consistent, high‑quality support.
