About the role
The Governance Reporting & Analysis Senior Analyst will join the USCC Centralized Customer Remediation Team (CCRT) to drive remediation analytics, ensure accurate documentation, and support regulatory compliance. The role requires strong communication, analytical rigor, and the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
- Own, design, and manage client remediation population and impact analyses for USCC owned and regulatory issues.
- Create comprehensive documentation that meets Internal Audit and regulatory expectations.
- Provide effective challenge throughout the data remediation lifecycle, including root‑cause analysis, remediation planning, code review, and post‑implementation validation.
- Challenge assumptions to uncover the complete universe of impacted customers.
- Cultivate a sustainable, repeatable control environment and continuously improve identified opportunities.
- Assess risk appropriately when business decisions are made.
Required profile
- 3+ years of relevant experience, preferably in banking data analytics or remediation.
- Prior experience with large, complex datasets and trend analysis.
- Strong analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Project‑management experience working with diverse stakeholder groups.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
