Global Talent Acquisition Transformation Enablement Lead

About the role

The Global Talent Acquisition (TA) Transformation Enablement Lead will be a key driver in ensuring the successful adoption of new TA processes, tools, and ways of working across the organization. This 12‑18 month position bridges transformation design with operational execution, creating engaging, scalable learning experiences for recruiters, hiring managers, HR partners and leaders worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with Global TA Transformation Leads and functional stakeholders to design and execute a comprehensive change, communication, training and adoption strategy.
• Assess organisational readiness, identify adoption barriers, and develop stakeholder engagement plans that build awareness and commitment.
• Conduct role‑based and regional impact assessments and translate findings into targeted communication, training and support plans.
• Design, develop and deliver global training programmes, facilitator guides, quick‑reference materials, playbooks and knowledge resources.
• Ensure learning solutions accommodate diverse languages, learning styles, digital confidence levels and regional regulatory requirements while maintaining global standards.
• Monitor adoption metrics, collect user feedback, measure training effectiveness and continuously improve enablement approaches.

Required profile

• Proven experience in training development, facilitation and change enablement within HR or Talent Acquisition environments.
• Demonstrated ability to create impactful learning content and deliver global training programmes.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and experience working with cross‑functional, multicultural teams.
• Track record of supporting sustainable adoption of new processes and technologies across diverse regions.
