Global Mobility Specialist

About the role

Moody's is seeking a Global Mobility Specialist to manage assignments, immigration, and relocations across its region. The role serves as the primary point of contact for assignees, the People team, and business leaders, ensuring end‑to‑end delivery of mobility services.

Key responsibilities

• Administer domestic and international assignment programs and policies aligned with business objectives.
• Act as the main liaison for assignees, providing guidance on visa and work‑permit filings.
• Contribute to assignment compensation development and prepare cost projections for business leaders.
• Assist with assignment allowance reviews and develop relocation packages for new and existing employees.
• Prepare cost estimates and draft relocation assistance offer letters.

Required profile

• 3+ years of customer service experience with a focus on Human Resources.
• Experience with immigration programs, especially visa and work‑permit administration.
• Knowledge of international assignment taxation is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, strong attention to detail, and critical thinking.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within cross‑functional, multicultural teams.
• Proficiency in MS Office tools and a basic understanding of AI concepts with a willingness to explore responsible AI practices.
