Global Aviation Operations Specialist

About the role

As a Global Aviation Operations Specialist you will support aircraft operations worldwide in a fast‑paced, 24/7 environment. You will coordinate operational requests, solve real‑time challenges and help ensure flights continue safely and efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate fuel and operational support solutions for aircraft operating globally.
• Manage customer communications and operational requests across multiple channels, prioritising based on urgency and impact.
• Assess operational challenges, determine resolution paths and escalation requirements.
• Collaborate with suppliers, airports, ground handlers and internal stakeholders to support successful flight operations.
• Create, maintain and process operational updates throughout the lifecycle of a trip.

Required profile

• 0‑2 years of aviation industry experience or equivalent education/training.
• Bachelor’s degree in Aviation, Aviation Management, Aeronautics or related field preferred.
• Strong problem‑solving, decision‑making and attention‑to‑detail skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a time‑sensitive environment and work rotating schedules.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Required skills

• Familiarity with aviation operations, logistics or supply‑chain processes.
• Comfort working across multiple systems and technologies simultaneously.
