About the role

Cargill is seeking a Generalist Process Operator II to join its production facility. The role involves operating a variety of mechanical equipment, performing routine maintenance, and ensuring smooth production flow while adhering to safety and regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Operate equipment and technology tools across assigned production areas, including loading/unloading bulk materials, packaging, mixing, and terminal operations.
• Monitor and adjust computerized control systems to maintain product quality and throughput.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot mechanical issues on machines and mobile equipment.
• Record production and inventory data in computerized systems.
• Operate mobile powered equipment such as forklifts, skid loaders, floor sweepers, and front‑end loaders.
• Maintain a safe, clean work environment and follow all safety policies.
