Food Delivery Platform Tester (Remote, $30/hr)

About the role

We are looking for enthusiastic users of food delivery apps to join our remote testing team. You will help train AI models by providing realistic search intents, documenting user journeys, and evaluating the relevance of search results on grocery and food delivery platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Leverage your active food‑delivery account and order history to generate authentic user scenarios.
• Create realistic search intents and document detailed user journeys.
• Evaluate, annotate, and give feedback on the relevance of search results and app recommendations.
• Document your thought process and reasoning in clear, well‑written English.
• Collaborate remotely with the client’s team to support ongoing AI training initiatives.
• Identify usability issues, suggest improvements, and flag inconsistencies across platforms.

Required profile

• Active user of food‑delivery apps with documented order history (not a restaurant owner or driver).
• Strong familiarity with restaurant discovery and food‑delivery ecosystems.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication with an emphasis on clarity and detail.
• Proficient with smartphones or desktops that have food‑delivery apps installed.
