Food & Beverage Director

About the role

As the Food & Beverage Director you will lead the entire F&B portfolio of a luxury hotel, shaping the guest experience through high‑quality dining, beverage, and service offerings. You will be responsible for driving profitability while maintaining the exceptional standards that define the brand.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the F&B operational strategy to maximize revenue and guest satisfaction.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and policy implementation for seamless day‑to‑day operations.
• Implement cost‑control measures for food, beverage, and labor while identifying revenue‑generating initiatives.
• Lead, develop, and retain a high‑performing multicultural team through performance management and recognition programs.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol regulations.

Required profile

• Passion for luxury hospitality and a commitment to delivering memorable guest experiences.
• Degree or professional qualification in Hospitality Management, Hotel Administration, Business Administration, Gastronomy, Tourism, or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of progressive F&B experience, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role overseeing multiple outlets.
• Strong interpersonal skills, sound business judgment, and the ability to inspire multicultural teams.
