Financial Billing Analyst

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented, proactive Financial Billing Analyst to ensure accurate project billing, maintain financial compliance, and support healthy cash flow. You will collaborate with design managers, consultants, and cross‑regional teams to deliver precise financial processes aligned with internal standards and country‑specific regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Consolidate project information with design managers and consultants for billing.
• Analyze project budgets to ensure invoicing aligns with scope, milestones, contract terms, and internal policies.
• Support and follow‑up on Accounts Receivable to keep the portfolio up‑to‑date.
• Ensure all active projects have required, properly signed documentation.
• Align billing terms with contract requirements and meet revenue cycle deadlines.
• Participate in meetings reviewing billing metrics, AR, AP, and performance indicators.
• Manage consultant allocations and expenses per contract terms.
• Navigate internal transactional and reporting systems and maintain billing standards across regions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years experience in billing, AR, AP, financial analysis, and compliance.
• Strong understanding of project financial controls and compliance standards.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
• Experience with multiple currencies, exchange rates, and tax implications.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and time‑management skills.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office tools.
