About the role
Capital Financial Advisors is seeking a full‑time Financial Analyst to join its San José office. The position is hybrid, offering flexibility to work remotely while collaborating onsite with the investment banking team.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct industry research and market analysis to support M&A and corporate strategy projects.
- Analyze financial statements, build financial models, and perform company valuations.
- Prepare market materials, presentations, and reports for clients and internal stakeholders.
- Assist senior bankers with deal execution and due‑diligence activities.
Required profile
- Strong financial and analytical abilities with a solid understanding of financial statements.
- Exceptional quantitative and qualitative analysis skills.
- Proficiency in English and Spanish.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering or a related field.
- Previous experience in investment banking is a plus.
