About the role

Capital Financial Advisors is seeking a full‑time Financial Analyst to join its San José office. The position is hybrid, offering flexibility to work remotely while collaborating onsite with the investment banking team.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct industry research and market analysis to support M&A and corporate strategy projects.
• Analyze financial statements, build financial models, and perform company valuations.
• Prepare market materials, presentations, and reports for clients and internal stakeholders.
• Assist senior bankers with deal execution and due‑diligence activities.

Required profile

• Strong financial and analytical abilities with a solid understanding of financial statements.
• Exceptional quantitative and qualitative analysis skills.
• Proficiency in English and Spanish.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering or a related field.
• Previous experience in investment banking is a plus.
