Financial Analyst – Hospitality

About the role

Join Hilton’s hotel finance team to support financial operations and help deliver memorable guest experiences. You will ensure accurate financial reporting and contribute to the overall financial health of the hotel and residential rental programs.

Key responsibilities

• Perform accounting activities in line with company policies to guarantee accurate financial information.
• Execute internal control procedures for revenue cycle management and support daily revenue audits.
• Review and monitor electronic sales invoice issuance and prepare journal entries for monthly close.
• Analyze financial data, prepare reports, and assist with internal and external audits.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive financial information and provide cross‑functional support to the Finance Department.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field.
• Previous experience in accounting or finance, preferably within hospitality, luxury residential properties, or real estate.
• Strong analytical skills, high accuracy, and professional ethics.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with accounting software or financial systems.
• Familiarity with Property Management Systems (PMS) and Point of Sale (POS) systems.
