Finance Specialist – IMO Transformation

About the role

Kimberly-Clark is seeking a Finance Specialist to support the IMO transformation program. You will provide dedicated financial governance, cost‑tracking, and reporting expertise to ensure accurate, transparent data for month‑end close, forecasts, and governance forums.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and enhance one‑time cost trackers across actuals, forecasts, commitments and estimates.
• Consolidate data from SAP downloads, templates and work‑stream inputs to create a single source of truth.
• Develop and improve standard reporting templates for analysis and leadership reviews.
• Design clean, auditable datasets and enforce naming, version‑control and traceability standards.
• Support month‑end close by reviewing accruals for high‑value POs, identifying gaps and escalating with analysis.
• Prepare documentation for cost approvals and ensure audit‑ready linkage between approvals, purchase orders and financial records.
• Provide ad‑hoc analysis and refine presentation materials for transformation leadership discussions.

Required profile

• Proven experience in financial governance, cost tracking and reporting within large‑scale transformation programs.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to validate data, identify inconsistencies and propose corrective actions.
• Experience collaborating with cross‑functional stakeholders and supporting month‑end close processes.
